The principals of all the Diamond Edge family of companies are Arthur and Ilise Rosen. A brother and sister team these two have been the 'dynamic duo' of residential home building for nearly 20 years!

Founded by Arthur in 1987 Diamond Edge started in the Toledo, Ohio area. Soon, Ilise followed and they returned home to the Detroit metro area to pick up where they left off in Ohio. Having built a large number of homes in over 17 municipalities in two states, Ilise and Arthur are uniquely qualified to tackle any situation that may arise anywhere.

Arthur attended the University of Denver and Kalamazoo College where he graduated in economics. During and since his time in school he has traveled and experienced many cultures in both Europe and the Far East. Arthur has always been an active member of the industry and his community. He has participated as a member of the Toledo Home Builders Association Board of Directors, as a member of its Ethics Committee, its Sales and Marketing Council, and its Public Relations/Advertising Committee.

Arthur was a licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio and is currently a licensed builder in Michigan. He is currently a member of the Washtenaw County Soil Erosion Sedimentation Control Appeals Board and the S.E. Michigan Legislative Affairs Committee. Personally Arthur is a member of the National Arbor Day Foundation, Pheasants Forever and Ducks Unlimited. Art is in charge of land acquisition, customer relations, sales and marketing.

Ilise attended Indiana University where she graduated with a degree in Education. Ilise is an active member of the Building Industry Association of Southeast Michigan and of National Association of Women Business Owners. Personally Ilise is involved heavily with The National Epilepsy Foundation and Big Brothers/Sisters of Michigan. Ilise is also a licensed builder in the state of Michigan. Ilise handles the development and construction of all Diamond Edge projects.

Diamond Edge has been featured in picture or newspaper editions, in nationally distributed publications: Professional Builder Magazine and Speculative Building Annual, Detroit News Strategies, Building Business & Apartment Management, The Press Argus, South Lyon Herald and Builder/Architect Magazine. In addition, Art has been on radio with the show "You Have What It Takes To Build" and on TV with the show "It's Your Home." He has also been interviewed several times on the Warren Pierce show on WJR Radio 760 in Detroit. Diamond Edge also has participated in several local Parade of Homes. Art and Ilise have won several industry awards including first place in Marble Era Company's tri-state Perfect Picture Design contest and 4 Sales and Marketing (SAM) awards for best interior merchandising and marketing.
